One of the best ways to convey that your house is move-in ready is to describe it as turnkey.

Lovingly Maintained

This is one of the best phrases for selling a home. If you love your house, you are going to do everything possible to maintain it. That means anyone who moves into the house won't have to do much in terms of repairs or updates.
